SHIPPING POLICY


International shipping - Some countries will charge an import/postage tax upon pick-up. It is your responsibility to understand what you will be charged if this is the case in your country and to pay the allotted fee. If your parcel is denied by customs and returned to me, you will have to cover postage costs to have it sent again (if you were at fault; incorrect address, over-extended times uncollected at post office, etc)

 

Please make sure you provide a full name, correct address, email, and phone number for postage purposes.

In cases where an invoice is sent to cover the rest of an order (custom orders, wholesale) invoice MUST be paid before item(s) is shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of our unique handmade products, No refunds are offered on jewelry or custom order deposits either in person or online. In the unlikely event that your item unravels and the stone falls out, you are welcome to contact me and I will work to rectify the situation. You may be asked to send the item back to me for repair, or to evaluate the cause of damage. In this case postage is to be paid by the customer. 

I want you to love your jewelry item and for it to last a long time. Some jewelry pieces such as necklaces, jewelry, and earrings were created with 2-3mm brass beads before stocking 18 gold plated beads. In this case these items might tarnish and effect the look and feel of your item. If this happens you are welcome to send them back to me and I will re-make or exchange your items with one that have hypoallergenic 18k gold plated beads. This option is valid only for orders placed before August of 2023. Not applicable with brass charms or hoops which are different than brass beads.

Exchanges are sometimes accepted at in person markets for unused items purchased the same day of equivalent value. This is at the discretion of the vendor on the day of.
